Acclivity Innovations LLC  ("Acclivity Innovations," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at acclivityinnovations.com, our dealer portal, our sales and support operations, and related services (the "Services").

1. Scope

This Policy covers personal information we handle as a business about website visitors, customers, dealers and their authorized contacts, and others who interact with us. It does not cover the practices of third parties we do not control, including dealers, payment processors, and sites we link to.

Information you provide

• Contact and account details: name, business name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and account credentials.
• Order and dealer information: products purchased, dealer application details, tax or resale certificates, and communications with us.
• Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited transaction details such as confirmation and the last four digits.
• Support and marketing: information in your inquiries, warranty or RMA requests, reviews, and newsletter sign-ups.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies: identifiers used to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure performance (see Section 5).

Information from third parties

We may receive information from payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention services, analytics and advertising partners, and dealers who refer customers to us.

3. How We Use Information

• Process and fulfill orders, manage dealer accounts, and provide support, warranty, and RMA services.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and develop new products and features.
• Communicate with you about orders, accounts, technical matters, and — where permitted — marketing and product news.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security or technical issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms, including the Dealer Program Terms.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described here:

• Service providers who process payments, ship orders, host and analyze the Services, send communications, and provide fraud prevention — under contracts limiting their use of the information.
• Dealers, where you ask to be connected with an authorized dealer or a dealer is fulfilling your order or warranty claim.
• Legal and safety, to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, and enforce our agreements.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Note  Some analytics and advertising cookies may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain U.S. state laws. See Sections 5 and 7 for your choices.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the site, plus optional cookies for preferences, analytics, and advertising. • Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.
• Non-discrimination: we will not deny services or charge different prices because you exercised your rights.
• Marketing opt-out: use the unsubscribe link in our emails or contact us to stop marketing messages.

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals; there is no common standard, so we respond to recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) as required by applicable law and otherwise as described in this Policy.

9. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to its sensitivity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.

We operate in the United States, and the Services are intended for U.S. customers and dealers. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
