Injector Control (Entitlement) (Required for larger injectors)

Unlocks the injector settings in your tune.
Your ECU ships ready to tune with stock injector data. This entitlement lets your tuner change that data so the ECU fuels correctly for the injectors you actually run.

You need this entitlement if you:

• Install larger aftermarket injectors
• Tune for E85, which needs much more fuel flow than stock injectors were built for
• Add boost with a turbo or supercharger kit (Pro R turbo and supercharger builds require it)
• Want to tune injector flow rate and dead time (latency) for a clean idle and accurate fueling at every load

You don't need it if you:

• Run stock injectors on pump gas and only want a performance tune

Why it matters: the ECU works out fuel from how long each injector stays open. That calculation only works if the ECU knows how much fuel the injector flows and how fast it opens. With larger injectors and no injector data, the engine gets the wrong amount of fuel. It can run lean under load, which is dangerous, or run rich and rough at idle. Injector Control lets your tuner enter the correct data.
